It isn’t every day we get the opportunity to step outside our usual wedding photography duties and have some fun out on the town! And what better way than spend it with family. Avalon (in case you can’t see the striking resemblance), is my cousin and a senior at Aliso Viejo High School. She wanted to break away from the normal senior portraits all of her friends were doing. You know the ones…where you’re in a studio sitting on a stool with your head tilted about 75 degrees past what’s comfortable (those were definitely MY senior portraits). Avalon wanted something different. Something that was stylish, elegant, and 100% her personality.
We started off in Old Town San Juan Capistrano at the train station and then headed into the hills of Stone Ridge. This being my first senior shoot I wasn’t sure what to expect. Thankfully, Avalon rocked it out and made my job easy! Here are a few of my favorites.
If you are a friend of Avalon and/or wanting a more fashion-forward lifestyle senior portrait shoot, let me know! It’d be great fun to do it again and have a senior portrait experience you’ll always remember!
She is gorgeous, as usual you did an amazing job on these Gavin!!! Although I do have to say, she’s even prettier in person. So good to see you again :)
