Sometimes you just have to take a walk…

It happens every month, like clockwork. Erin and I are sitting at our desks, our puppy sleeping under our chairs and we look out the window. It’s bright, sunny, and inviting. But there’s work to be done.

“Next month” we say, “Next month looks like it won’t be as busy. We’ll have time to relax a little bit then, take Ella for more walks, and enjoy the weather”

We’ve been saying that for the past…oh…three months or so. Life never quiets down until you make it. Until you shut down the computers, grab the leash and the car keys, and enjoy the time you have with the people you love :)

I think I’ve been hesitant to write this post because first and foremost, we all know that once it’s out on the internet, everyone knows…and holds you accountable. So once I click “Publish” it’s a commitment. This post has been three months in the making, I’m ready. We’re both ready. And all I have to say is…It’s about time!
