So we are 8 days into this month and I’m already amazed at how fast October is going to fly by. Either one or both of us will be traveling for around 15 days this month, so our time home is precious! From just returning from an amazing RV trip with fellow photographers (more on that soon), to our one year anniversary coming up in two weeks, followed by a Men’s Retreat with my church; Fall is off and running! Haha…if I blink I think I might miss all of October! Needless to say, we are having a blast doing what we love and count ourselves overly-blessed to be serving such amazing clients!
In the months approaching the holidays (or as we like to call them around here…Thanksgiving and Christmas), it’s always such a fun time for us. Wedding season tends to wind down, so we have moments to recharge our creative batteries and really enjoy the season with our families and friends.
And speaking of families, we are now starting to book holiday family portraits and wanted to share with you the first of many coming up in the following months! We first met Kacee at one of the SoCal Photog Shootouts up in Pasadena. Not only is she an awesome makeup artist, but she also was one of the models at the Shootout (and rocked it, so I hear!). We were so flattered when she approached us a couple months ago and wanted us to do their family portrait! Having fond memories of Balboa in Newport Beach with her family, and vacationing there during the summer, we set off to the peninsula and had a blast. Capri, her daughter, is probably the most adorable little thing on two legs and we had the best time chasing her around as she “ooo’d” and “wow’d” at everything she passed :)
Oh, and if you’re wondering what’s up with the pickle and ice cream? Kacee and her hubby Erik are expecting another little Geoffroy soon! And let the cravings begin. Haha!
So without further adieu…the Geoffroy family!
P.S. If you want to schedule your family portrait session in time for Christmas, send us an email at email@example.com for pricing details and to set up a time!
