This was a first for us, it was raining, and it wasn’t stopping. In all of our weddings we’ve never had rain be a factor. Yes, for all of our friends who don’t live in Southern California I realize the worlds smallest violin is playing as you read this post, but for our awesome couple Allison and Adam, it meant the day’s plans at the gorgeous Gainey Winery were on a very fluid (no pun intended) time table. And to say that they were awesome in how they handled everything, would be an understatement.
Their wedding was beautiful, they each married their best friend/teammate, and no amount of precipitation was ever going to but a damper on that. AND, when the timing couldn’t have been better, the skies parted and we had a break in the weather to go for a little stroll with these two through the vineyards. With day of coordination by Lina Wallace from A Stunning Affair and her team at the helm, they scrambled and made this day so gorgeous and were such a delight to work with. We’re so excited to share some of our highlights from their day with you and hope that you’ll leave them some love in the comments below and vote for your favorites!
Allison and Adam, individually you both are so wonderful, and together you’re an unstoppable team. May you always be one another’s biggest fan.
